Google Add-ons are tools that you can ‘add-on’ inside of Google tools (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Forms, etc.) These tools enhance or change your experience and/or productivity when working inside of Google Tools. Extensions can be accessed and enabled from the within the specific tool you want to use them in.

Click on ‘Get Add-ons’ and search for the add-ons below by name or browse through all of the available add-ons. Tip: many add ons are available in multiple google tools (Docs & Slides). You must enable an add-on in both tools to be able to use it.

- EasyBib Bibliography Creator - Keep track of sources used when typing a research paper. Create and format bibliography entries from your list of sources.
- Gradeproof: Proofreading
- HelloSign - Add your signature to a Google Doc. Also allows you to request signatures from others via email.
- Magic Rainbow Unicorns - Change text to rainbow colors
- Sorted Paragraphs
- Voice Typing - This add-on is enabled by clicking on “Tools” > “Voice Typing. Allows you to add text to a document using voice dictation. (You can even get it to add punctuation and format text by using specific commands. Great for students who have not yet mastered using a keyboard or who are struggling with spelling words. Instead of limiting them to words they can spell, allow them to use voice typing so they can use words they may not know how to spell!
- Awesome Table - Transforms your data into charts, maps, cards, visual tables and more
- CropSheet - Automatically crop out blank spreadsheet cells so that only cells with data/information are remain.
- Flippity - Create a new flippity item from inside of Google Sheets.
- Merge Sheets - Easily merge information from two sheets
- Table Styles - Customize the style of your contents. (colored rows, titles, etc.)
- TP Gradebook - Quickly enter grades and generate individual or whole class reports.
- Unsplash Photos - access and add over 300,000 high resolution photos to your slides.
- Insert Icons - add icon images to your slides. (Also available in docs)

- Photo Slideshow - bulk import photos and automatically add each photo to a new slide. Easy way to create photo slideshows for your class or personal purposes.
- Paletti - choose a preset color palette to apply to your slide presentations or create your own instead of using Google’s themes. Create a palette based on the colors in an image.
- Pear Deck - Add interactive elements to your slides (Multiple choice, text entry, drawing, draggable activities, etc.)
- CheckItOut - use this if you need a form for checking in and out items. You might use this for work equipment like laptops and projectors. Or you could use it for classroom supplies like text books and subject-specific DVDs.
- Choice Eliminator 2 - eliminates choices from questions after they have been selected when a limited number of answers is needed. (Scheduling parent-teacher conference times, or one on one meeting times where you only want one participate to be able to select a given time.
- FormLimiter - Stop a form from accepting additional submissions based on a date or number of received responses. (Google forms will allow you to turn off responses to a form, but you have to remember to log in and turn submissions off.)
- QR Code Maker - Generate a QR code for your form that can be scanned by any cell phone or mobile device.
- Email When Responses are Submitted - not an add-on, but a slightly hidden feature. From the responses tab, click the 3 dots (called a hot dog - look it up!). Select ‘Get email notifications for new responses’ to receive an email each time someone submits a response.
