About
This website was created to help faculty at Nicholls State University learn more about educational technology tools that can be used in traditional face-to-face, hybrid, and online courses in order to provide students with a 21st century learning environment. Most current college students grew up using technology and will benefit and appreciate the use of tools and applications that more closely align with applications they are already using in their everyday lives. Browse through this website to learn about how to start using any of the applications covered. Many of the tools covered on this site, can also be used outside of the college classroom and may be beneficial in helping faculty, staff, students, and those outside of higher education become more 'tech-savy'.

The student standards are a guide for what K-12 (or college) students should be able to do using 21st century knowledge and skills.
